Description

Coming from the pomace of red grapes such as Lagrein and Pinot Noir, which after a delicate pressing are distilled in Bain-marie in the classic discontinuous still. The Grappa obtained rests for 10 years in small cherry barrels, to acquire a unique and unmistakable blend of aromas. The wood used for the construction of the barrels (Prunus Cerasus) is aged for at least 26 months, while the curvature of the staves occurs through the technique of steam bending combined with a light toasting.
