Description
It comes from the pomace of aromatic white grapes, such as Müller Thurgau and Moscato which, after a delicate pressing, are distilled in bain-marie in the classic discontinuous still. Grappa obtained rests for 10 years in small acacia barrels to obtain a unique and unmistakable blend of aromas. The wood used for the construction of the barrels (Robinia Pseudo Acacia) is aged for at least 36 months. The curvature of the staves occurs exclusively through the steam bending technique, in order to preserve the integral characteristics of the wood and the aroma of the essence.
