Sailor Jerry is the rum inspired by the famous tattoo artist Norman Collins. It has long since become the cult product of all international underground subcultures. Produced with selected barrels in the Caribbean with the addition of four spices: cinnamon, cloves, vanilla and ginger and final lime infusion, according to the secret recipe of Norman Collins, who used to flavor his rum blend with a mix of herbs and spices. The recipe was only found after his death and was jealously guarded by his daughter until she gave the rights to William Grant. Gradation 40%

Long before it was possible to measure the alcohol by volume of a drink, the Royal Navy faced this problem: making sure that gunpowder remained flammable even if a barrel of gin broke during transport. In the days of cannonballs and muskets, in fact, wet gunpowder represented a death sentence in battle. The "Navy strength" label indicated the safe spirit to be transported on Navy ships and was affixed only to the barrels that passed the empirical test: after dipping a few grains of gunpowder in the gin they tried to set them on fire. The Navy measurement continued until 1890 and still today indicates a distillate with an alcohol content greater than 57%. RUM / RON which is based on our masterblender's masterpiece, Non Plus Ultra, creates even more magic with further aging in special burnt barrels. This is achieved by burning the inside of aged oak barrels, which allows, for the first time, the new wood to come into direct contact with these precious drops. Mahogany color with aromas of peach and milk chocolate, butter caramel, followed by slightly burnt spices. On the palate milk chocolate with hints of almond and orange, very rich and creamy, towards the end with a hint of tannin, like from a cup of tea. Gradation 42%

RUM / RON With Xaymaca Special Dry, Plantation relives the quintessence of 100% Jamaican-style pot-still rums.
