Description
HISTORY: August Sebastiani, a winemaker of Tuscan origin and owner of the 3 Badge company, discovered numerous documents that testified to his family's participation in the construction of the fire station in Sonoma, California. His grandfather had worked as a volunteer and received 3 badges for his career. 3 badge has thus become the symbol of the return to the roots, celebrating the passion for commitment and craftsmanship as the cardinal points of the company that produces this product.
Kirk & Sweeney is produced in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. The name pays homage to a wooden schooner known for smuggling rum from the Caribbean to the Northeast during the early years of Prohibition. Distilled in the traditional way from sugar cane molasses, it is left to age in oak barrels to fully develop its aromatic profile.
