RUM / RON Matusalem Insolito Wine Cask is the result of a very original process. Initially the Rum aged 15 years is filtered over charcoal to regain total transparency, as when it left the alembic, with the aromas of the aging process naturally preserved, then the rum is aged for another 3 years in red wine barrels Spanish Tempranillo (an early ripening red grape variety). This last phase allows it to acquire fruity notes, a beautiful rosé color and extreme roundness. Gradation 40%

RUM / RON The sweet bouquet, the body and the heat it releases are born from the slow fermentation of cane molasses, from the scrupulous distillation and from a patient aging up to 15 years in oak barrels according to the "solera" system that guarantees an imprint constant over the decades and a velvety softness.Alcohol 40%

RUM / RON Piet is produced in Panama, where the production of quality rum has a long tradition, and aged in Bourbon barrels for 10 years. The best sugar cane from the province of Herrera is processed in the San Miguelito plant which, with the addition of selected yeast and specially prepared fresh water, gives the rum its characteristic fruity note.
