The Plomari Distillery Ouzo Isidoros Arvanitis has moved to a new site in the middle of a magnificent olive grove, but it is still in the picturesque Plomari, the place where Isidoro Arvanitis created Ouzo di Plomari in 1894 and where it was produced for over 100 years . The Distillery combines traditional methods of distillation and production with the latest techniques of bottling and scientific packaging. It consists of small handmade copper stills, while all procedures are carried out under strictly controlled conditions strictly respecting all sanitary regulations. The anise and fennel used in the distillation process are of high quality and come from the fields of the Distillery in Lisvori, Lesvos.
