RUM / RON CAB-RON is a premium rum produced without additives and bottled unfiltered and without CO2 emissions directly from the barrel. It combines aged rums from the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Guatemala and Barbados. Each origin gives CAB-RON its unique character. The maturity and elegance of the Dominican Republic, the smooth finish of Jamaica, the sweet aromas of Guatemala and the golden amber tones with toasted and bourbon notes of Barbados create a heterogeneous blend. CAB-Ron reaches its peak in the Bodegas-Catedrales de Jerez, where it matures in ex-Oleoroso, ex-Bourbon and ex-Pedro Ximenez barrels.
