With a transparent color, Etsu Gin is striking in fact for its floral and vegetal aroma, from which delicate citrus notes emerge, with a clear dominance of yuzu. Fresh and well balanced, it appears on the palate with hints of peppers, green tea and berries. The finish, on the other hand, is dominated by notes of "pepper" from Sichuan, a spicy spice and hints of citrus widely used in Asian cuisine, to finish again with hints of yuzu. Gradation 43%
