Description
Bavion's vision of creating a premium gin with the highest demands was born in the meantime in the vineyards of Champagne France. Here, where Richard Bavion produces his extremely exclusive Grand Cru champagne and sends it to the best restaurants, bars and clubs around the world. He quickly decided to make his own Gin-Vision, after which he began looking for a place near his hometown of Cologne where he could produce the noble Bavion's Gin. Together with a master distiller, he developed a unique recipe based on a manufacturing process that could not have been of superior quality for a Gin. Bavion's Gin is distilled twice by hand in Germany from high quality botanicals and the finest wheat alcohol, refined with extra-clear spring water and bottled in small and exclusive batches. A distilled gin of the highest quality that offers a balanced taste experience with its complex and elegantly soft notes. The high quality distillation process of "Distilled Gin" gives the gin its extra soft taste, emphasizes the juniper notes and at the same time intensifies its exclusively 100% natural aromas.
