To capture the freshness of nature, we invented our incredibly cold distillation process. The result is a flavor that you cannot replicate in traditional heated stills. It allows us to use fresh frozen citrus peel instead of the typical dried peel. So that inside each of our individually numbered bottles is a bright and distinct gin. Gradation 47%

Gin Saffron is a soft and modern, delicately spiced distillate with an unmistakable orange color due to the infusion of precious saffron seeds. It has an exotic and spicy aromatic personality, with citrus and saffron nuances. Great to taste smooth, with tonic water or in John Collins. Gradation 40% Produced in Burgundy by the Maison Gabriel Boudier, Saffron Gin is an alliance between English, Indian and French. Produced with juniper, coriander, lemon and orange peel, and many other more classic aromatic plants, it is clearly the saffron that determines the exotic style of this gin. Isle of Harris gin is produced in the small village of Tarbert (Scotland), using Sugar Kelp algae, handpicked sustainably from local marine lakes, as a key botanical to express the island's unique maritime nature. Gradation 45%

Ginarte Pomegranate is a new delicate pomegranate flavoring that enriches the character of Ginarte and preserves all its elegance and balance. It offers a broad and balanced complexity of flavours. The distinctive taste of the pomegranate fruit makes its way through the typical hints of juniper, to then merge with the herbaceous and resinous vivacity of the other botanicals of art and the more Mediterranean ones. Big Gino pepino loco combines the intoxicating freshness of the cucumber and the Apulian lemon with the aromatic and herbaceous notes of mint and angelica. Distilled in Pesaro (Italy) in 230L discontinuous copper and steel alembic with London Dry method, combining the infusion of botanicals in a hydroalcoholic solution with extraction in a current of steam, with a completely transparent and crystalline color, free of opalescence even at high dilution, perfume with a light intensity in which cocoa is recognized as the first note followed by citrus fruits. The flavor is pronounced and slightly sweet, although sugar-free, with a slight oiliness and an enveloping taste. You can perceive citrus aromas of Kaffir leaves followed by orange and a medium long and velvety finish of cocoa.
