Gin Tranquebar Colonial is appreciated for its deep and original taste. Many centuries have passed since the king of Denmark used peaceful means to access the mystery of the East and its much sought-after spices such as vanilla, nutmeg, cardamom, star anise and coriander. The archives of the merchant Jan De Willum have revealed a recipe for a gin, which today forms the basis for colonial Gin Tranquebar. Gradation 45%

It was launched in 1939 and is exceptionally smooth with hints of orange peel and cinnamon, extremely mixable, makes for a superb and sophisticated martini and is just as delicious for other cocktails. Alcohol 40%

Gargano Dry Gin is an artisanal London dry gin from Puglia of natural production, thanks to the use of botanicals which are mostly hand-picked in the territory of Vico del Gargano and in the citrus oasis of Rodi Garganico. Conceived by the bartender Riccardo Santovito with the collaboration of Distillerie Subalpine and the aromatist Alfredo la Cava, it provides that the 9 botanicals juniper, oregano, mandarin, ireos, zedoaria, marjoram, coriander, bay leaf and rosemary are first distilled individually, and finally once having assembled the recipe with the right doses of each one, we move on to a second distillation. The result will be a fresh and fragrant gin with a balsamic and citrus aftertaste, where all the botanicals combine to give it a strong and decisive character. Tumbler glass capacity 48.5 cl. The first alcoholic nectar, IOVEM differs from a liqueur in that it does not contain sugar, it is sweetened with honey and grape must. The purple color comes from one of the anthocyanins (natural pigments) extracted from the grape skin. All IOVEM ingredients, such as ginger infusion, are obtained from quality raw materials and are processed following a "HAND CRAFT" process (handmade) in our distillery. Using it as a protagonist, low alcohol cocktails are obtained, but it can also be combined with high-grade spirits. Miscible with everything. Gradation 15%

A tasty variation of the Wint & Lila London Dry Gin recipe, in this version it is mixed with fresh strawberries to give it a nice pink color and strawberry flavor. Gradation 37.5%

A dry and complex gin, but at the same time delicate on the palate, with sweet fruity notes that mix with juniper berries, herbs and spices. Its maturation takes place in new, handmade and lightly toasted mulberry barrels from the Black Forest for 6 months.
