Psenner distills his own gin in a traditional plant with small stills: the spices (nutmeg, lavender, aniseed, gentian roots, lemon and orange peel, cinnamon sticks, cloves, etc.) are placed in a the basket and the alcoholic vapors, rising, extract the aromas, while the macerate of juniper, coriander seeds, cranberries and rowan is placed in the boiler. To distill all these plants, pure wheat alcohol is used. The heart note of this Distilled Dry Gin is only lightly filtered and gives it an alcohol content of 43%. In this way, the ethereal charge and the full taste of this distillate are kept intact, especially excellent with tonic, classic or more aromatic water. Gradation 43%

Sox Gin is produced in Italy thanks to the extraction with Soxhlet. An elegant Gin but with strong notes given by the combination of Soxhlet extractions of precious raw materials such as Bourbon vanilla and Tonka beans. Distilled in Pesaro (Italy) in 230L discontinuous copper and steel alembic with London Dry method, combining the infusion of botanicals in a hydroalcoholic solution with extraction in a current of steam, with a completely transparent and crystalline color, free of opalescence even at high dilution, perfume with a light intensity in which cocoa is recognized as the first note followed by citrus fruits. The flavor is pronounced and slightly sweet, although sugar-free, with a slight oiliness and an enveloping taste. You can perceive citrus aromas of Kaffir leaves followed by orange and a medium long and velvety finish of cocoa. RUM / RON Duppy Share XO is a blend of different vintages of Barbadian rum. Distilled by Foursquare, these 5 year old, 8 year old and 12 year old rums are matured in bourbon barrels in the tropical Caribbean climate. More than 65% of the blend is made from eight-year-old rum. Gradation 40%
