Description

Founded in 2018 in Hà Nội, Sông Cái Distillery is the first gin distillery in Việt Nam. The inaugural version, Sông Cái Việt Nam Dry Gin, is the first gin ever distilled in Việt Nam, using 16 wild botanicals, fruits, flowers and hand-picked woods unique to the Highlands of Việt Nam.

The gin is handcrafted in small batches in a copper still over direct fire, which results in a bold, complex and particularly round flavour. Botanists are rare and the work is environmentally, socially and culturally enriching and sustainable.
