J.Rose has a transparent, limpid color, the nose is warm and pungent. The delicate citrus scents of bergamot and mandarin peels refresh the breath and give it a soft and silky balance. The aroma of prickly pear flowers bounces from the nose to the palate and releases a fruity aftertaste. The woody essence is given by the oak bark, characterized by toasted notes that evoke those of hazelnut and walnut. The handcrafted labels that cover each bottle are inspired by the Masters who made the history of art, through the use of a mixture obtained from Carrara marble and Roman Travertine, raw materials with which famous statues and monuments were made. To celebrate the wonders we are surrounded by, J.Rose dresses with designs by Milo Manara, seductive and at times provocative icons, to enchant gin lovers and delight unique moments to live. A pink expression based on the original 1689 gin recipe found in the British Library annals. Strawberries and raspberries are added in the distillation process, giving the distillate a pink hue and fruity flavour. Gradation 38.5%

RUM / RON is a product of the highest quality, the result of the best molasses in Ecuador, and is the only rum in the world distilled from sugar cane grown at high altitudes. This fine rum is produced in small batches and is subjected to an aging process in the Andes at almost 2,000 meters above sea level, a process that gives this distillate properties similar to those of Whiskeys and places it at a higher level than all the others rum aged 7 years. RUM / RON briefly aged in the Tropics and then in a continental climate with the use of second fill sherry casks, this blend of fatter rums from a 250 year old wooden still and lighter ones from a double wooden column still retains all the richness of Demerara sugar cane: a nose of ripe dates, sweet tropical fruit, chocolate and cigar boxes. Dry and clean despite its raisin richness, it is loaded with pepper and cinnamon: explosive and spicy. Gradation 59%

It is a gin made with grapes traditionally grown in Galicia and a selection of twelve herbs unique in purity and aroma, coming from every corner of Galicia, which provide the gin with all its character. Among these: a sage, laurel, cardamom, quinine, ginger, hibiscus and tea, processed with a slow and careful process.Gradation 40%
