The palate highlights a symphony of spicy notes, especially pepper, and aromatic herbs, in particular juniper and coriander. Soft and with a compact structure, it is characterized by persistence and a refreshing finish.

The botanicals of MACAJA gin express the biodiversity of our territory and are a rare combination that we expertly mix to create a unique gin with an unmistakable aroma. The path for botanical research begins from Piedmont to Liguria. This journey led us through the enchanting scenery that has always connected Piedmont to Liguria passing through the mountains: The Salt Road, a spectacular network of itineraries that connects the Piedmontese and French Alps to the Ligurian Sea. Along these paths we have selected most of the botanicals that contribute to making our gin unique. Then we went down towards the sea and were seduced by the freshness of the citrus fruits: Chinotto, oranges from Pernambuco, lemons from Gavenola.
