Nostradamus Gin is the result of the union of several spirits and alcoholates of the highest quality, expertly produced and blended. The essences and botanicals that make up Nostradamus derive from the international perfumery market, to guarantee the olfactory and tasting properties that are characteristic of each DiBALDO Essence. Each Essence reflects the expressive profile of perfumery: smooth or mixed, Nostradamus opens its Mediterranean scents in top, heart and base notes, in a sensory olfactory and gustatory experience of the highest level. A small batch whiskey aged 12 years, the nose is full and sweet with notes of oak and caramel with a slight hint of resin. On the palate it is full-bodied and smooth with notes of apples, anise and with a hint of spices. The finish is of good creamy length with oak notes. Gradation 47%

Gargano Dry Gin is an artisanal London dry gin from Puglia of natural production, thanks to the use of botanicals which are mostly hand-picked in the territory of Vico del Gargano and in the citrus oasis of Rodi Garganico. Conceived by the bartender Riccardo Santovito with the collaboration of Distillerie Subalpine and the aromatist Alfredo la Cava, it provides that the 9 botanicals juniper, oregano, mandarin, ireos, zedoaria, marjoram, coriander, bay leaf and rosemary are first distilled individually, and finally once having assembled the recipe with the right doses of each one, we move on to a second distillation. The result will be a fresh and fragrant gin with a balsamic and citrus aftertaste, where all the botanicals combine to give it a strong and decisive character. Tumbler glass capacity 48.5 cl.
