Gargano Dry Gin is a naturally produced Apulian artisan London dry gin, thanks to the use of botanicals that are mostly hand-picked in the Vico del Gargano area and in the citrus oasis of Rodi Garganico. Conceived by bartender Riccardo Santovito with the collaboration of Distillerie Subalpine and aromatiere Alfredo la Cava, it provides that the 9 botanicals juniper, oregano, mandarin, ireos, zedoaria, marjoram, coriander, laurel and rosemary are first distilled individually, and finally once once the recipe has been assembled with the right doses of each one, we move on to a second distillation.
