Williams-Christ pear distillate obtained by fermentation of Williams-Christ pears and the subsequent distillation of the puree with a continuous and discontinuous method in bain-marie stills. Gradation 38%

A concentration of alpine energy collects in the glass that shines in its seductive amber. It presents harmoniously combined nuances, from the delicate one of gentian root, licorice, anise and flowers, up to the aromas of menthol and mint. Gradation 29%

Pear distillate obtained by fermentation of Williams Christ pears and the subsequent distillation of the puree with a continuous and discontinuous method in bain-marie stills. A careful selection of the fruit and careful control of ripeness precede the actual processing. Gradation 40%

The product - not peaty, without coloring and cold filtered - is left to mature for 3 years in barriques previously used for aging Grappa Lagrein and another 2 years in ex Sherry barrels. Made from barley malt which is left to ferment slowly with pure whiskey yeasts. Its terroir is strongly influenced by the sub-Mediterranean climate of our region, characterized by low humidity and hot and dry air. Persistent, soft on the palate, with a profile rich in aromas, characterized by good sweetness. Gradation 43%

Psenner distills his own gin in a traditional plant with small stills: the spices (nutmeg, lavender, aniseed, gentian roots, lemon and orange peel, cinnamon sticks, cloves, etc.) are placed in a the basket and the alcoholic vapors, rising, extract the aromas, while the macerate of juniper, coriander seeds, cranberries and rowan is placed in the boiler. To distill all these plants, pure wheat alcohol is used. The heart note of this Distilled Dry Gin is only lightly filtered and gives it an alcohol content of 43%. In this way, the ethereal charge and the full taste of this distillate are kept intact, especially excellent with tonic, classic or more aromatic water. Gradation 43%
