Amaro San Simone is the result of years of experimentation to perfect an original recipe from the 16th century. It is produced with a blend of 39 herbs and roots, mostly local, renowned for their tonic properties. Among these ingredients, red cinchona, rhubarb, cinnamon, gentian, peppermint, marjoram, gentle absinthe and savory stand out. Amaro San Simone is distinguished on tasting by a surprising aromatic complexity, with a delicate balance between sweet and bitter notes.

Description
The production takes place entirely in the company factory, from the maceration of the herbs to the bottling, which is partly done manually. The liqueur comes to life from the cold mixing of semi-finished alcoholic products obtained through processes of maceration, infusion and filtration of the ingredients, which require months of work and the use of artisanal techniques passed down from father to son. No additives are added before bottling.
