A sweet and golden whiskey characterized by flashes of smoke and hints of the sea. Finished in a combination of ex Ruby, White and Tawny Port barrels. Exploring the harmony between grace and power, our Malt Master pays homage to the Portuguese origins of these impressive caravels, with a refinement of this supreme maritime whiskey in a combination of different barrels, Ruby, White and Tawny port. This unusual combination brings a surprising harmony to our tumultuous Talisker. Clear maritime notes bring hints of oyster shell, salt and sand on a spicy and peaty base. Through them then comes the full, sweet part of white grapes, ripe fruit and tannin. In the mouth these characteristics emerge as if they were one, a creamy, sweet and fruity flavour, with waves of smoke and spices that accompany us towards the long finish of the whisky. Gradation 59.7%

The Big Peat is a blended whisky torbato, which uses exclusively whisky island of Islay. Gradation 46%

It was aged in a combination of bourbon and sherry barrels. The result is a sweet whiskey with notes of apples, citrus and sweet spices.Gradation 43%

As the name suggests, Paul John “Bold” is a single malt with a strong and peaty taste. The distillate is made from 100% peat Indian malt with Aberdeen peat. Aromas of Manuka honey, oriental spices and licorice blend perfectly with the smoky peat. The palate is creamy. Peat blends with spices, malt and hints of milk coffee Gradation 46%

The heart of Black Sinner is made up of a 100% Arabica blend. Among the single origins that are used, Ethiopia Sidamo stands out, cultivated between 1,600 and 2,000 meters above sea level, it is the most precious and rarest of the Arabica coffees of this land with hints of spices and exotic fruit. The Colombian superior, a sublime coffee that thanks to the geographical conformation of the country, the proximity to the equator and a mild climate allows the cultivation of Arabica up to 2300 meters above sea level with a slightly acidic taste with enveloping honey notes. Gradation 27%

Whitley Neill Gin is slightly softer and much smoother than traditional Gins, with rich notes of juniper and citrus and exotic spices. The finish is long, with a slight fading of herbs, cocoa and candied lemon peel, while the nose is both citrusy and spicy, with a distinctive floral aroma. Gradation 43%
