He was inspired by the travels of master distiller Lesley Gracie to the Venezuelan Amazon rainforest in 2013 when he spent three weeks with a local tribe learning about the rare plants and fruits that can be found in this part of the world, based on the original recipe of the Hendrick's gin, with its botanical signature of cucumbers and roses, but with the addition of Amazonian flora. Inspired by citrus gins from the early 1900s, Sipsmith takes its classic London Dry Gin and superimposes it on sun-dried lemon zest, lemon verbena, and steam-infused fresh lemons. Gradation 40.4%

Sabatini Gin Barrel is a meditation Gin, the result of the refining of the recognized London Dry Gin in highly sought after Tuscan Chardonnay oak barrels. a noble spirit with amber and warm colors able to amaze with its marked aromaticity, roundness and minerality. it is perfect to drink neat accompanied by dried fruit, leavened desserts or cheeses.
