Description
The fusion of the Windspiel gin from regional cultivation of high quality potatoes and botanicals with the coffee distillate of the low acidity Arabica roast surprises with an exciting and stimulating taste experience, spicy, caramelized, with an intense note of coffee.
The fine coffee distillate is obtained from a low acid Arabica roasting from Fazenda Caxambu in Brazil. The fine coffee beans meet the other ingredients and give Windspiel Coffee Gin its unmistakable aroma. Caramel and a fine bitterness of toasted and nutty aromas go hand in hand with a spicy aftertaste. The intense and soft note of the coffee goes surprisingly well with the juniper berries in taste. A sensual seduction, produced in a sustainable way.
