The vibrant combination evokes unexpected notes of mango and sugar cane, which build on Oban itself a perfect fusion with whiskey. A golden touch announces the summer sun while a fresh sea breeze aroma, combined with citric notes and enriched with tropical fruit and spices, quickly takes us to images of carnival. Grappa di monovitigno from the aroma is fine and elegant, intense in flavour and dry. Obtained from the double-boiler distillation of the pomace of Chardonnay in a discontinuous still, aged for a period of at least 36 months in small Oak barrels (225 liters). The aroma is fine, elegant. The palate is soft, dry. Alcoholic content 45%

A special edition that replicates the original Sharish recipe, replacing the Bravo de Esmolfe apple with the Rocha pear and adding bay leaf. This gin ages for 12 months in 650 liter barrels which were previously used to age Lourinhã wine brandy. For this reason, its color is slightly straw yellow and has a softness and complexity that challenge whiskey and wine spirits connoisseurs. Gradation 40%
