The first gin used both as a digestive and obviously for mixing, created when our founders William and Lucy were presented with a list of after dinner drinks that did not include white alcohol. This luxurious spirit is guided by the white truffle from Alba, in Piedmont, an ingredient that is worth more than gold per gram. Distilled in an innovative way to preserve all the flavor of the truffle, Truffle Gin achieves an aromatic profile more commonly associated with mature spirits and is a complex and well-balanced spirit of unparalleled depth and complexity. Winner of the Ultra Premium category of the Luxury Spirits Masters 2017: this gin is best enjoyed clean, on ice or with a touch of orange.

Description

Cambridge Distillery was once one of the UK's smallest official gin producers and has now become an award-winning and internationally recognized company, named three times in a row as the most innovative distillery in the world. Inspired by their semi-rural position, they create gin using fresh and locally available botanicals, distilling each element individually, they are able to reach previously unattainable quality levels. Every single gin they released commercially has been awarded at least one gold medal at the international competition - and they still produce each bottle by hand in their distillery just outside Cambridge.
