Iron Balls was created in the heart of Bangkok by Ashley Sutton, a self-produced designer and Australian ocean explorer. Having created some of the most jaw-dropping bar designs in all of Asia, he decided it was time to create his own distillery. Iron Balls Gin is a premium gin meticulously made in Southeast Asia using a secret recipe of fresh, locally sourced ingredients including pineapple, coconut, citrus, ginger, lemongrass, coriander seeds and juniper.

Description
Before starting the distillation of the gin, the base spirit is infused at air temperature for a minimum of 7 days with the botanicals to ensure that the natural essences and flavors are fully absorbed. Infusion at natural temperature in the tropical climate is the most delicate way to collect the essences without altering their primordial state. The freshly squeezed pineapple is then added to the bottom of the still with the botanically macerated spirit. The distillation process can now begin, and another botanical absorption and interaction occurs via steam infusion towards the top of the still. The distillation is continuously monitored and completed through a slow heating process, in small batches, to ensure the character and quality of the final product.
Every single bottle is checked, labeled and strung by hand, before being shipped all over the world.
