The number 21 refers to November 21, 2022, the day on which this gin was born and on which we chose to launch into this adventure in the world of spirits. We wanted to create a gin for those who didn't like gin. The result is an extremely balanced gin, with clearly perceptible but not invasive floral and spicy notes. All balanced by balsamic notes such as sage, bay leaves and cardamom that emerge on the finish.

Description

This artisanal London Dry Gin recounts our first trip to the areas between India and Cambodia. What characterizes these areas of the planet? The flavors intense and with character. From India we took inspiration for Indian black tea and cardamom which give it an intense and fruity aroma, from Cambodia we imported the highly prized Kampot black pepper, which grows only around the areas surrounding the city of Kampot which has no more than 50,000 inhabitants. There are only 200 small plantations with a production that does not exceed 250kg per plantation. In total we have selected 14 botanicals that combine perfectly with each other to create something unique, this is what distinguishes this gin that you could recognize with your eyes closed among many others.
Ingredients: juniper, coriander seeds, angelica, jasmine, hibiscus flower, lemon verbena, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, pepper
