Puerto de Indias Blackberry is the result of a traditional process focused on obtaining a gin in which the essence of blackberries and a careful selection of ingredients come together to complete and give shape to this unique product. The fruity note of blackberry dominates the nose, underlined by delicate hints of purple caramel on a fresh and citrus base. In the mouth after a fine and velvety entry, the complex notes of wild black fruits make their way with their soft, intense, sweet and sour nuances, culminating with the very light characteristic touch of cinnamon, with a soft, fresh and dry finish at the same time. Bulldog is a London Dry Gin distilled in England, launched on the market in 2006. It undergoes four distillations carried out following the traditional method and is the first gin to combine such exotic ingredients as wild poppy, dragon's eye and lotus leaves. Gradation 40%

It is a gin made with grapes traditionally grown in Galicia and a selection of twelve unique herbs in purity and aroma, coming from every corner of Galicia, which give the gin all its character. Among these: a drizzle of sage, bay leaf, cardamom, quinine, ginger, hibiscus and tea, worked with a slow and careful process. Gradation 40%

Gin is characterized not only by its strong minerality but also by the herbaceous and floral aromatic notes given by the botanicals collected in the valley behind the distillery which are infused and then distilled in small discontinuous stills, from which the "alpine" character of our production emerges. J.Rose has a transparent, limpid color, the nose is warm and pungent. The delicate citrus scents of bergamot and mandarin peels refresh the breath and give it a soft and silky balance. The aroma of prickly pear flowers bounces from the nose to the palate and releases a fruity aftertaste. The woody essence is given by the oak bark, characterized by toasted notes that evoke those of hazelnut and walnut. The handcrafted labels that cover each bottle are inspired by the Masters who made the history of art, through the use of a mixture obtained from Carrara marble and Roman Travertine, raw materials with which famous statues and monuments were made.
