Gin with extraordinary elegance made from a true and robust juniper, harvested by hand on the Apennines of the middle Adriatic side. The proximity to the coast allows the galbuli to develop a highly typical aromatic content. The wise choice of botanicals and the profound knowledge of distillation methods allow all its character elements to live in harmony. Uncommon and sophisticated spices such as cascarilla bark and three different types of pepper are combined with an important herbaceous component of which helichrysum stands out above all, giving the palate a refined balsamic and gloomy part. To complement it, myrrh gives a very particular oriental flavor and the right amount of freshness is obtained from fine home-made dried lemon peels from the Adriatic coast. Splendid mixed with tonic water, enthusiasts will find it at its full strength as smooth as a meditation spirit. Alcohol content 42%

The unique taste of Zuidam gin comes from a special blend of botanicals distilled with the discontinuous distillation method. The plants, spices and aromas used are all natural: juniper berries and iris root come from Italy, coriander from Morocco, angelica root, fresh sweet oranges and lemons from Spain, vanilla bean from Madagascar, licorice root from India and cardamom seeds from Sri Lanka. The grinding of the cereals used takes place in the windmills, allowing a much gentler crushing than that which occurs in mechanical mills. A cool breeze blows across the green. Gin Piz19 - London Dry Gin is distilled in a small copper still, where the botanicals - such as juniper, coriander and berries - contained in the macerate, come back in a direct and delicate way. In the suspended basket, the distillate meets grapefruit, which gives it a robust and warm aspect, followed by eucalyptus and mint. At the first sip, a mentholated aroma is perceived, while lemongrass and ginger give a spicy note, which persists for a long time alongside coriander and anise. Gradation 43%
