Description
The VSOP is noteworthy because it is produced exclusively with apple cider harvested in the Pays d'Auge, an area that covers just 6% of Normandy. The character that this soil gives to apples, combined with a double distillation in copper stills, offers the richness and length of the VSOP.
VSOP is mixed with the Calvados Pays d'Auge, which has been aged in oak barrels for at least four years.
