A malt with a powerful impact, it opens with a strong umami then cut by acidity and sweetness. Finished in a combination of ex-Kanosuke Japanese Whiskey and ex-Pinot Noir bottles Mortlach is famous for its sweet yet strong flavour, an extremely rare characteristic among Speyside malts. Starting from this contrasting umami note, our Malt Master drew inspiration from the typical flavors of Japan, finishing part of this incredible release in ex-Kanosuke Japanese Whiskey barrels. To balance its sweetness, ex-pinot noir barrels were used to refine the remaining part of the whisky, in a combination of extreme precision. A strong golden smell, which initially introduces sweetness, releasing aromas of melon and pear. On the palate, pungent and savory spices alternate with a sparkling sweetness. The result is a sweet and spicy intensity, as can be the hallmark of a powerful katana. Gradation 58%

Orange Kiss combines the flavors of Triple Sec and fresh Valencian orange with traditional gin botanicals. The spicy, earthy and exquisite notes of the botanicals add to all this and create a special taste experience. Excellent smooth, or to be enjoyed with Gin Tonic or for a Spritz. Gradation 40%

Jack Daniel's American Single Malt Oloroso Sherry Cask marks an exciting milestone in the history of the traditional Lynchburg, Tennessee, distillery. Known for its world-renowned Tennessee Whiskey, Jack Daniel's expands its portfolio in a new direction with this bottling: a premium American single malt. This elaborate bottling underscores the brand's commitment to combining craftsmanship and innovation without denying its roots. The base is 100% malted barley, distilled using traditional methods and then aged in lightly charred American white oak barrels. Finally, the single malt is refined in Oloroso sherry casks from Spain. This cask aging gives the whisky a particularly complex aroma, with deep, fruity, and nutty accents that harmonize perfectly with the malty base.Alcohol content 45%

RUM / RON Centenario 1985 Cask Selection was produced to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the brand. The exclusive blend of rums was aged in casks imported from Scotland, specifically from the Highlands region, and then matured in Costa Rica. The character of the Scottish Highland casks brings with it notes of fresh and ripe berries such as cherries and strawberries, notes of red apple, oak, smoke and wood. Limited Edition of 3.500 bottles. Alcohol content 43%
