With an alcohol content of 44%, this blend of toasted Tepextate and Espadín is of the highest quality and meets all the standards established by the Mezcal Regulatory Council. Description

Experts select and clean the agave by hand, leaving only the heart of the agave. The agaves are toasted in artisanal earth ovens using local firewood. The agave juice is naturally fermented with proprietary yeast. The first liters produced are poured onto the sacred earth in an essential ritual that pays homage to Mother Nature.
