This 13.2 edition is distilled from 100% mainland Scottish barley and has been malted at the same 137.3PPM. However, the entire maturation in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain offers a unique opportunity, with the sherry influence beautifully complementing the single malt's smoke and liveliness.
