Description
The heart of this anniversary rum is 21 years old, supported by other slightly younger rums. Since it has been aged at low temperatures with high humidity in deep and dark cellars, the best conditions for the aging process are ensured.
AH Riise 175 Years Anniversary rum was first produced in 2013, exactly 175 years after rum ancestor AH Riise first opened the doors of his pharmacy in St. Thomas.
Color: red-gold
Aroma: orange marmalade, shortcrust pastry, toffee and vanilla
Taste: rich and creamy, with all the notes of the nose along with mint and just a hint of burnt cedar wood
Aftertaste: At first the rich and creamy taste continues for a long time, gradually drying with a small bite of tannin from the oak
