Description
The nose is fruity with notes of apple and citrus highlight, followed by spicy notes of black pepper, cinnamon, and oak. The palate is slightly tart at the beginning with notes of peel of green apple, followed by almonds and malt. The final is sweet with notes
of spices and oak.
Tasting notes:
Bouquet: flowery and well-balanced with fresh apples, malt and a touch of sweetness from the sherry casks.
Palate: round and silky, with a floral sweetness, the freshness, light and finish soft.
