Cape Saint Blaize No. 9 is a fruity and fresh limited-edition gin (only 200 bottles produced), made from various local botanicals, including yellow peach, wild gooseberry, cubeb berries, candied kumquat, ginger, and grains of paradise. On the nose, it releases floral notes of iris and elderberry. On the palate, it is fresh and delicate, with notes of peach, ginger, and cubeb berries. It finishes with a smooth and slightly spicy finish. Enjoy it neat on the rocks or with a premium tonic, a slice of peach, and a lime zest. Puerto de Indias Blackberry is the result of a traditional process focused on obtaining a gin in which the essence of blackberries and a careful selection of ingredients come together to complete and give shape to this unique product. The fruity note of blackberry dominates the nose, underlined by delicate hints of purple caramel on a fresh and citrus base. In the mouth after a fine and velvety entry, the complex notes of wild black fruits make their way with their soft, intense, sweet and sour nuances, culminating with the very light characteristic touch of cinnamon, with a soft, fresh and dry finish at the same time. Another Hendrick's expresses a new side of Hendrick's gin. Hendrick's is flavored with orange blossom and cocoa. The bold character of the juniper is enhanced by the velvety, rich notes of cocoa, with citrusy hints of orange blossom leading to a smooth, sweet finish. Citadelle 0.0 is Citadelle's alcohol-free spirit, created to offer the full aromatic experience of gin, without the alcohol. It is not dealcoholized: alcohol is never used at any stage of production. Gradation 0.0%

Ukiyo Japanese Nashi Pear Gin is a modern interpretation of the classic gin, inspired by the Japanese Nashi pear. This exclusive edition was developed in collaboration with Kirker Greer Spirits and Marks & Spencer. Gradation 40% 

Poseidon is an artisanal Italian gin, distilled in small batches using a 19th-century copper still and housed in a meticulously crafted bottle with a spectacular silkscreened design and embellished with faux coral on the neck. The project's underlying slogan is "The Sea is Life," and a portion of the proceeds from the sale of this gin are donated to Sea Shepherd Italy, an organization dedicated to preserving and protecting natural habitats and ocean life.
