Description

Botanicals: juniper, coriander, cinnamon, ginger, tarragon, cardamom, rosemary, nutmeg and black pepper.

Distillation: Two passages in a bain-marie still (infusion of grain alcohol with botanicals). Low operating temperature in distillation with modified atmosphere.

Olfactory tasting: This gin presents intense, balanced and delicate aromas to the nose; total absence of sharp alcoholic scents with balsamic vegetal fragrances. The botanicals show all their essence without dominating, the juniper is not perceived in its pungency and the cardamom blends the other botanicals giving great elegance to the product. Balanced, pleasant, it has a persistent delicacy with unique notes and nuances.

Organoleptic tasting: Idol Ice releases all its aromatic power on the palate, a freshness and acidity that make it long and persistent, during tasting the botanicals release all their aroma with a unique harmony and complexity. The balance combined with a great aromatic structure grants unique emotions with primary and secondary aftertastes worthy of a great distillate.
