With 11 botanicals including Yuzu, Mikan, Sakura and Sansho, this expression celebrates the diverse terroir of Japan and the flavors of the Japanese harvest. Top notes of Juniper, Pine, Spices, Menthol, Herbs and base notes of bright citrus, coriander, anise. Alcohol content 40%

From the union of 9 different botanicals comes the Distilled Dry Gin al Cedro Diamante, produced in copper stills from 1872, still in use today. An aromatic and fresh taste, made possible thanks to the wise selection of the master herbalist of the Tassoni house, who relies on an ingredient representative of the brand: the Diamante cedar peel, to which he combines delicate essences, such as Angelica roots, and strong ones, such as coriander seeds.
