Historically, almost all Scotch whiskies had a distinctive smoky note, as peat was the most readily available fuel; however, this is much less common today. Our Peated Cask pays homage to this tradition.Gradation 44.2%

A special edition that replicates the original Sharish recipe, replacing the Bravo de Esmolfe apple with the Rocha pear and adding bay leaf. This gin ages for 12 months in 650 liter barrels which were previously used to age Lourinhã wine brandy. For this reason, its color is slightly straw yellow and has a softness and complexity that challenge whiskey and wine spirits connoisseurs. Gradation 40%

It is a pink gin, with a delicate pink hue. It is made with Huelva strawberries, premium Ecuadorian rose petals, angelica root, orange blossom, balanced with Andean water and sweetened with a touch of Monkfruit to highlight its delicate flavor.Alcohol content 35%

A sweet and golden whiskey characterized by flashes of smoke and hints of the sea. Finished in a combination of ex Ruby, White and Tawny Port barrels. Exploring the harmony between grace and power, our Malt Master pays homage to the Portuguese origins of these impressive caravels, with a refinement of this supreme maritime whiskey in a combination of different barrels, Ruby, White and Tawny port. This unusual combination brings a surprising harmony to our tumultuous Talisker. Clear maritime notes bring hints of oyster shell, salt and sand on a spicy and peaty base. Through them then comes the full, sweet part of white grapes, ripe fruit and tannin. In the mouth these characteristics emerge as if they were one, a creamy, sweet and fruity flavour, with waves of smoke and spices that accompany us towards the long finish of the whisky. A surprising expression of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with subtle notes of Sardinian citrus, oriental herbs and Gunpowder tea. During his travels, The Curios Mind arrived in the Sardinian city of Siniscola. Where the inhabitants introduced him to the "Sa pompia" or Citrus monstruosa. The result of this curious discovery is a new expression of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with the subtle hints of Sardinian citrus. A great find for all Gin lovers. Gradation 43%

This gin is produced in Jundiaì, a Brazilian city in the state of Sao Paulo, 60 km away from the city of the same name. Gin McQueen and The Violet Fog is produced in small batches using the two traditional methods of gin production. The first operation consists in macerating 15 of the highest quality herbs and spices in a traditional alembic still and then distilling everything. The second step is to put 6 additional "botanicals" in an infusion into the previously obtained gin, some of which are not used in any other gin in the world: basil, rosemary, fennel seeds, pomelo, star anise and acai, to then proceed to distillation.
