Description
Broker's Gin does not follow the modern trend of using strange and wonderful spirits and botanists. There are no bizarre ingredients in Broker's Gin. We believe our ancestors have done an unbeatable job by perfecting gin recipes over many hundreds of years.
Broker's Gin has won more awards in international competitions in the last ten years than any other gin. The broker is really ... THE BEST GIN IN THE WORLD.
The basic spirit for Broker's Gin is a quadruple-based pure wheat distillation distillation based on English wheat. The flavor is given by ten natural botanists, the main of which is juniper berries, as in all gins. The vegetables are impregnated - soaked - in the basic spirit for 24 hours. This is the first part of the aromatic infusion process, followed by the fifth final distillation, which completes the process.
Dried botanicals come from all over the world and are sent to the distillery in bags.
The botanicals used in Broker's Gin and their sources are:
Juniper berries - Macedonia
Coriander seeds - Bulgaria
Root of Orris - Italy
Nutmeg - India
Cassia bark - Indonesia
Cinnamon - Seychelles
Liquorice - Italy
Orange peel - Spain
Lemon peel - Spain
