Ginberg is an artisanal gin, produced in small batches with Calabrese Bergamot and officinal herbs selected one by one and only of first choice. It is a Cold Compound Gin, that is, it is prepared starting from a base of soft alcohol to which the various cold botanicals are added. The nose is complex with prevailing notes of bergamot. On the palate it is rich and intense, very savory and fresh and leaves a persistent slightly bitter taste in the mouth due to the prevailing note of bergamot which in turn makes it authentic and unique.

Unfiltered Cold Compound Gin is a technique dating back to the period of prohibition, in which, in small rooms called "Speakeasy", "bathtub gins" were produced following exactly this procedure. In this way there will be a greater extraction of the essential oils and the aroma of the various botanicals, so the result will be a more aromatic and complex product than the classic distilled gin. It is also not filtered ("unfiltered") to leave all the extracted aroma and the color released naturally by the botanicals in maceration. The water used to lower the alcohol content is spring water that flows at almost 2000 meters above sea level, we do not use distilled water or filtered aqueduct, because also water obviously plays an important role in completing the quality of the product.

How to drink it:

Mainly mixed in the great classics, in particular we suggest gin & tonic with an indian tonic. We also recommend Ginberg in purity for its great perfume and aromatic complexity.

Alcohol of cereal origin, spring water, juniper, calabrian bergamot, cardamom, coriander, chamomile, rosemary, ginger, licorice and timut pepper.
