Agave Santa Liqueur by Holywater Gin 50cl

The soul of this distillate is 100% agave, a tribute to Mexican tradition. But there's more: cedar essential oil is added, the same wood used today to carve the Madonna of Loreto, to evoke a light smoky note in the aroma and flavor, an olfactory reminder of that 1921 fire. The color? A deep, intense red, obtained thanks to the infusion of hibiscus, inspired by Agua de Jamaica, the refreshing and symbolic drink of Mexico. Hibiscus gives the liquid a bittersweet note and a visual beauty that speaks of passion, faith, and roots. AGAVESANTA: where the sacred meets the distillate, and memory becomes flavor.
