Description
Produced in Bassano del Grappa in an old distillery respectfully following the ancient English Bathub method, that is, with cold infusion of botanicals, which in the past took place at home, in bathtubs, while today it is done in steel containers; Roberto Marton personally takes care of the infusions, with always perfected recipes that include juniper, citrus peel, cinnamon, licorice, anise, pink pepper, horseradish, ginger, red fruits and cloves, as well as a secret and never revealed ingredient ... Since this is a "handmade" gin, unfiltered or clarified, each bottle is a unique piece, that is, it can happen that a batch of ginger is more pungent, or that the characteristic yellowish color is different from time to time. A gin that strikes for its complexity, the notes of juniper, licorice and ginger stand out, to which are added more delicate citrus notes.
