Description
We are proud to present CATZ ® Dry Gin, distilled and co-developed by one of the oldest family distilleries in the Netherlands. Tradition and craftsmanship are fundamental in this company which is one of the few to carry the "World Class Distillery" designation. For over 225 years, the Schiedam distillery has been distilling the base for its jenever and other liqueurs in small copper stills.
The gin is fresh and slightly sweet on the nose: vanilla, orange and juniper with a hint of Earl Gray tea and a slightly salty angelica aroma. In the mouth the gin slowly reveals the flavors: first notes of bergamot, coriander and juniper berries. Followed by sweet and spicy notes of citrus, creamy vanilla and cinnamon with a slightly peppery finish in which cardamom is subtly reflected. The aftertaste is very long, with soft notes of sweet citrus, juniper berries and a hint of anise.
