RUM / RON Here is the fruit of an old recipe revisited in a modern key! Redskin is a liquor made of Rum aged up to 12 years along with the precious honey of the bee-keeping about thirty. The result is a perfect balance between aroma, silky and spicy notes, twisted enveloping scents and tastes full and sweet. Alcohol 30%

RUM / RON premium twice aged (first in American white oak barrels used for bourbon and then in Spanish red oak barrels that housed sherry) to provoke sensations and demonstrate, once again, that all that is good is without time. Alcohol 38%

Clase Azul Reposado is an ultra premium repository tequila made with Tequilana Weber Blue Agave that is cooked over low heat in traditional stone ovens for a minimum of 72 hours. Once the agave reaches a deep and rich flavor, it is fermented with proprietary yeast before distillation. Once the tequila is distilled, it is aged for 8 months in oak barrels selected by hand. This process translates into a superb and soft taste that exceeds all expectations at every sip.Gradation 40%

The first alcoholic nectar, IOVEM differs from a liqueur in that it does not contain sugar, it is sweetened with honey and grape must. The purple color comes from one of the anthocyanins (natural pigments) extracted from the grape skin. All IOVEM ingredients, such as ginger infusion, are obtained from quality raw materials and are processed following a "HAND CRAFT" process (handmade) in our distillery. Using it as a protagonist, low alcohol cocktails are obtained, but it can also be combined with high-grade spirits. Miscible with everything. Gradation 15%

He was inspired by the travels of master distiller Lesley Gracie to the Venezuelan Amazon rainforest in 2013 when he spent three weeks with a local tribe learning about the rare plants and fruits that can be found in this part of the world, based on the original recipe of the Hendrick's gin, with its botanical signature of cucumbers and roses, but with the addition of Amazonian flora. Naturally black based on the colors and flavors of botanical extracts including Aronia Berry, Saffron, Pineapple and Sweet Potato. An interesting feature is the water that is used during the production process. In fact it is meteoric and held for 80 years in the huge mountain range that runs along the west coast of the South Island and naturally filtered through underground rocks. The result is a fresh gin, characterized by the perfect union of the classic notes of juniper and citrus, with floral and spicy scents. Gradation 41.6%
