From the producers of Don Papa Rum Gin Santa Ana represents a tribute to the inimitable days of the Manila dance floors in the 1920s, 1930s and its flagship in this sense was the legendary Santa Ana Cabaret. Immersed in the splendor of the Filipino Art Deco movement, it was considered a hot spot for the Manileños of the time. This gin starts from the classic bases: Juniper, Coriander, Lemon, Bitter Orange, Angelica Root and Iris Root and the fragrant qualities of Ylang-Ylang, Alpinia and Fennel are added alongside the sweet notes of citrus fruits, in particular of Calamansi and Dalandan. Six Dogs Honey Lime gin is the inevitable result of a sustainability project that began when South African bee conservation company, Bee Smiths, approached Six Dogs Distillery to relocate rescued bees to the farm where the distillery is located . The farm, at the crossroads of the Fynbos and Karoo biomes, proved to be the ideal place for bees. Experimentation with the honey produced by these bees has resulted in an irresistible gin that combines the tanginess of farm-grown limes with the subtle contrasting sweetness of honey. Six Dogs Pinotage is distilled in small batches through generous amounts of juniper and fresh citrus.
