Description

DOA - Distilleria Orobica Autonoma - is a true Italian artisan micro-distillery, from Bergamo, the First Gin Distillery Made in Bergamo. Located in the heart of the Orobie mountains, in Bracca (BG) a few minutes from San Pellegrino Terme. A magical place, where an exclusive copper still, called "Nino" (from the tender nickname with which Ste calls his daughter, little Bianca), distills drops of Gin using only organic wheat alcohol with carefully selected botanicals, according to the London technique Dry. A 244 liter discontinuous still, produced entirely by hand by the German company Muller, a leading company in their sector. Top quality botanicals masterfully crafted and pampered to be enhanced to the maximum and exclusively organic wheat alcohol contribute to the magic.
