To capture the freshness of nature, we invented our incredibly cold distillation process. The result is a flavor that you cannot replicate in traditional heated stills. It allows us to use fresh frozen citrus peel instead of the typical dried peel. So that inside each of our individually numbered bottles is a bright and distinct gin. Gradation 47%

A gin that changes color when mixed with the tonic: copper-colored gin will turn light pink! The magic is all natural and we have the rosehip flower pigments to thank for it. Crafter's Aromatic Flower Gin is a blend of 12 aromatic plants. The show begins with wild rose and meadowsweet flowers which are characteristic of the Estonian coast. Then to top off the taste, crunchy juniper berries and exotic yuzu are added. Crafter's Aromatic Flower Gin is a real show. Gradation 44.3%

J.Rose has a transparent, limpid color, the nose is warm and pungent. The delicate citrus scents of bergamot and mandarin peels refresh the breath and give it a soft and silky balance. The aroma of prickly pear flowers bounces from the nose to the palate and releases a fruity aftertaste. The woody essence is given by the oak bark, characterized by toasted notes that evoke those of hazelnut and walnut. The handcrafted labels that cover each bottle are inspired by the Masters who made the history of art, through the use of a mixture obtained from Carrara marble and Roman Travertine, raw materials with which famous statues and monuments were made.
