GIN TONKA LMITED EDITION 2019 CL.50

Introduced in the Japanese market in 2017 in very limited quantities, it is produced using only selected Japanese botanical products: cucumber, Japanese elderberry and Japanese pepper. The main ingredient is the Japanese Yuzu fruit. This particular citrus fruit is found only in Japan. In total, no more than 500 bottles of this exceptional gin were produced. Alcohol 47%

Wild Wombat Gin is distilled from Australian wheat, and produced with natural ingredients in small batches in copper stills, infused with a secret recipe of eleven botanical ingredients, has a markedly smooth and clean essence, reminiscent of the purest natural elements of 'Australia.Gradation 42%

This is a rather interesting gin, aged in cask previously used for Cocchi vermouth. The aging in the old vermouth barrel adds notes of bitter orange and oriental spices, with a typical herbaceous note of the gin Nginious.Gradation 43%

This Gin contains juniper, bitter oranges, quince, ginger and coriander, as well as cold smoked chestnuts (which have been smoked for 40 hours) and a rare smoked stone salt.Gradation 42%

Gin Sul Edition Kleine Freiheit (English for “little freedom”) is the new strictly limited edition. There are only 4,000 bottles in the world. Distilled from the noble wheat from the north of Germany, it combines different elements including fennel, anise, dill, cumin and 5 types of special pepper, each with unique aromas and characteristics. Everything is then left to rest for one night in aquavit barrels. Gradation 45%
