Sloe Gin is a typical English liqueur with a lower alcohol content, it is infused with blackthorn berries that give fruity and acidic notes to the taste. Based on juniper, it is wrapped in the precious essence of red fruits: blackthorn, pomegranate, black cherry, plum and yellow grapefruit. It has an intense red with violet reflections, its peculiarity is made by a spicy finish with good persistence. Excellent drunk neat and in cocktails.
