Description

In 2008 at the historic headquarters at 3 St. James’s Street in London, the house of Berry Bros. & Rudd, which has been operating in the sale and distribution of spirits and wines since 1698, decided to take on a challenge to create and elevate the new quality of Gin.

Thanks to the collaboration of some of the best Bartenders in the world and the Master Distiller Mr. David Clutton, one of the few people in the world to have a PhD in Gin, and a full 730 days ... the Perfect Recipe was born!

A historic Dutch distilling house, Royal de Kuyper Distillers, founded in 1695 in Horst, a village in the south of the Netherlands, was chosen as a partner for the distillation.

Which meticulously distilled the recipe in a 100-year-old brick-lined copper still!

The blend of N°3 is composed of the best selection of Fruits and Spices from all over the world: Juniper from Italy, Orange peel from Spain, Cardamom pods from Guatemala, Angelica root from Poland, Coriander seeds from Bulgaria, Grapefruit peel from Uruguay.

Its classic style and fresh taste are made such by the balance of 3 key flavors: juniper, citrus and spices.

The Bottle could not be less and therefore to complete the masterpiece its shape and details are all taken care of to tell the story of the product.

Tasting notes

Smell: intense, sparkling and fresh with a growing hint of juniper.

Taste: juniper stands out, accompanied by floral notes and the spiciness and warmth of cardamom. Then the strong "liveliness" of citrus emerges, counterbalanced by the pungent spiciness of coriander.

Aftertaste: the dry, earthy taste of angelica remains.

The care taken with the recipe, the careful selection of ingredients, the expertise in distillation and the perfect alcohol content (46% ABV) make it unmistakable.

    Clase Azul Reposado is an ultra premium repository tequila made with Tequilana Weber Blue Agave that is cooked over low heat in traditional stone ovens for a minimum of 72 hours.     The first alcoholic nectar, IOVEM differs from a liqueur in that it does not contain sugar, it is sweetened with honey and grape must.
