Distilled in two 100-liter copper stills dating back to the Second World War and 12 "botanical" stills, of which the main ones are: juniper, cumin, bay leaf, hops, caraway and coriander, it enriches and improves its perfumes and aromas over time , thanks to over two years of refinement of the recipe and the use of fresh aromatic herbs that are previously left to infuse for more than 15 days. Cumin, hops and bay leaves are distilled with the "low boiling" technique, in order to enhance the aromatic expression: an olfactory explosion that ranges from juniper to fresh mountain herbs. On the palate it is soft and persistent, the herbaceous aroma is balanced by subtle bitter hints. Gradation 47%

Distilled in Pesaro (Italy) in 230L discontinuous copper and steel alembic with London Dry method, combining the infusion of botanicals in a hydroalcoholic solution with extraction in a current of steam, with a completely transparent and crystalline color, free of opalescence even at high dilution, perfume with a light intensity in which cocoa is recognized as the first note followed by citrus fruits. The flavor is pronounced and slightly sweet, although sugar-free, with a slight oiliness and an enveloping taste. You can perceive citrus aromas of Kaffir leaves followed by orange and a medium long and velvety finish of cocoa. Dolce Vita “Capri fusion” Mediterranean Dry Gin, is distilled in column alembic with double basket. One basket contains the various botanicals and the other the various fresh citrus fruits. We wanted to blend the typical aromas of aromatic plants (such as basil, rosemary, sage, thyme) with the fresh fragrance of citrus fruits (such as sweet orange, mandarin, bergamot, migawe, lime) of southern Italy. We thus obtained a unique and unmistakable gin thanks also to the refinement, for a period of not less than 6 months, in ceramic barrels. Gradation 45%
