Naturally black based on the colors and flavors of botanical extracts including Aronia Berry, Saffron, Pineapple and Sweet Potato. An interesting feature is the water that is used during the production process. In fact it is meteoric and held for 80 years in the huge mountain range that runs along the west coast of the South Island and naturally filtered through underground rocks. CandeGIN is a London Dry Gin without artificial flavours or sugar. The distillation takes place in a small copper still equipped with a gin basket, which allows for optimal extraction of the aromas. The most robust botanicals are immersed in the boiler, while the most delicate are placed in the basket to ensure a more refined aromatic profile. The slow and meticulous distillation lasts no less than six hours. The distillate is then gradually diluted with osmotic water until the ideal bottling grade.Alcohol content 40%
The first alcoholic nectar, IOVEM differs from a liqueur in that it does not contain sugar, it is sweetened with honey and grape must. The purple color comes from one of the anthocyanins (natural pigments) extracted from the grape skin. All IOVEM ingredients, such as ginger infusion, are obtained from quality raw materials and are processed following a "HAND CRAFT" process (handmade) in our distillery. Using it as a protagonist, low alcohol cocktails are obtained, but it can also be combined with high-grade spirits. Miscible with everything.

Produced in Cortemilia in the Valverde distillery in the province of Cuneo, Holywater is a Dry Gin obtained with various botanicals, including juniper, coriander, cardamom, licorice, iris, pine extract from Lourdes and a small percentage of distilled sea water that gives flavor and an unexpected hint of incense. The gin is then bottled in an elegant bottle in the shape of a Madonna, a symbol of purity and refinement. On the nose it is savory, balsamic and slightly floral.
